Timothy P. Martin
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Martin is the Chief Executive Officer of the ASA family of companies—ROSA, and RSA—and is the Chief Executive of ASA. Prior to co-founding ASA, Mr. Martin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Nashville-based Renal Care Group, where he had overall management responsibility for Renal Care Group’s dialysis operations. He helped lead the company’s 450 outpatient dialysis centers treating over 30,000 patients to reach annual revenues of $1.5 billion, culminating in Renal Care Group’s $4 billion sale to Fresenius Medical Care in 2006. Before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer, he served as Group Senior Vice President for Renal Care Group. Prior to joining Renal Care Group in 1997, Mr. Martin was a Vice President for Comprehensive Healthcare of Ohio, a hospital holding company affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he was responsible for strategic planning, managed care and physician practice management development. He began his business career with Continental Cablevision. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Business Management.

Douglas B. Chappell
General Counsel

Mr. Chappell joined ASA in January 2007. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Chappell was Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Renal Care Group, Inc., a NYSE-listed dialysis services provider, from 1998 through 2006. In that capacity, Mr. Chappell was responsible for all legal affairs and compliance activities of Renal Care Group, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law filings, corporate governance issues, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and health care compliance. Before he joined Renal Care Group, Mr. Chappell practiced law at Alston & Bird LLP from 1994 until 1998 and from 1988 until 1992. At Alston & Bird he specialized in corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions. From 1992 until 1994, Mr. Chappell was Senior Counsel at Policy Management Systems Corporation, a NYSE-listed provider of computer software and information services to the insurance industry. Mr. Chappell received his A.B. from Duke University and his J.D. from the University of Texas.

Donna Hughes
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Hughes joined ASA in July 2007 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, bringing over 15 years of experience in her field. Ms. Hughes was named Interim Chief Financial Officer in November 2009 and is responsible for overseeing ASA's accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hughes held various positions with Renal Care Group, Inc. from 1999 through 2006, most recently as Vice-President of Financial and Corporate Controller. Ms. Hughes began her career with KPMG and served as a manager in the assurance practice prior to joining Renal Care Group, Inc. Ms. Hughes is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting from Murray State University.

Linda S. Earhart
Vice President, Administration

Ms. Earhart has overall responsibility for Compliance, Human Resources, Integration and Construction management. Ms. Earhart brings the benefit of over 20 years experience in the health care field, focused in managerial and operational roles. Prior to joining Ambulatory Services of America, Ms. Earhart held a number of positions within Renal Care Group, Inc. from 1996 to 2006, most recently as Regional Vice President for the North Central region. Her areas of responsibility encompassed a number of the company’s Joint Venture partnerships and affiliations with academic institutions. Prior to that she served in managerial roles at MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, a level-1 trauma center affiliated with Case Western Reserve University. Ms. Earhart holds a Masters of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Akron, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Mark Donati
Vice President of Operations and Business Development

Mr. Donati has 25 years of healthcare experience in managerial, development and clinical roles. Mr. Donati has responsibility for operational support and new business development within ASA. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Donati was the Regional Vice President for Renal Care Group's East Region, responsible for overall operations and business development in the Eastern US. Prior to this, he was Assistant Vice President for Cardiac Services for the Main Line Health System in suburban Philadelphia. Mr. Donati has also held positions in strategic planning and business development for Lourdes Health System and has served as director of the brain injury and stroke programs at Magee Rehabilitation. He began his clinical career specializing in the Neurosciences and interventional radiology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University and a Masters in Business Administration from LaSalle University. |

Vincent W. Dennis M.D.
Senior Medical Advisor

Dr. Dennis provides medical leadership to Ambulatory Services of America. Dr. Dennis served at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio in a multitude of roles, most recently as the Chairman of Department of Nephrology and Hypertension from 1992 to 2005. He was instrumental in the creation of Ohio Renal Care Group, a joint venture among the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, the MetroHealth System, and Renal Care Group, and served as Chairman of that Board. He received his Bachelors of Science and M.D. degrees from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and completed his Nephrology fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, where he served on the faculty as Professor of Medicine and Chief of Nephrology.

Michael J. Cerino
Vice President of Operations Finance

Mr. Cerino has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in both the public and private sectors. He is responsible for coordinating operations finance for all ASA entities including the integration of acquisitions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cerino joined Renal Care Group in 2001 as a Regional Controller with responsibility for all accounting and reporting functions for two regions. He was promoted to Vice President, Operations Finance in 2004 with financial responsibility over three regions representing 30% of the Renal Care Group’s operations. Prior to joining Renal Care Group, Mr. Cerino was a divisional Controller for Shiloh Industries, a tier I & II automotive supplier. Prior to Shiloh Industries Mr. Cerino was an Audit Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, LLP in Akron, OH. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Baldwin Wallace College.

Audrey Soskin
Vice President of Treasury and Business Development

Ms. Soskin joined ASA in April 2008 and is responsible for treasury and financing needs as well as assists with business development due diligence. Ms. Soskin brings 9 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining ASA, Ms. Soskin held the role as a senior underwriter at SunTrust Robinson Humphries in the Healthcare Corporate and Investment banking group with a focus on healthcare services. Ms. Soskin also served as Senior Analyst at Renal Care Group in the Treasury and Finance department. Ms. Soskin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Spanish from Auburn University.

Hal Porter
Vice President, Information Technology

Mr. Porter joined ASA in July 2008 and oversees Information Technology operations for all ASA entities. He has over 20 years of multi-industry Information Technology experience in government, manufacturing, healthcare, biotech and information management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Porter was the Director of Information Technology for BioMimetic Therapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company specializing in the development and commercialization of drug-device combination products with an emphasis on musculoskeletal injuries and diseases. Prior to BioMimetic Therapeutics, Mr. Porter was the Director of Information Technology for Gibson Guitar Corporation, and Director of Internet Services for Theraphysics Corporation in Nashville, TN. Mr. Porter received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Harding University.
