Timothy P. Martin
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Martin is the Chief Executive Officer of the ASA family of companies—ROSA, and RSA—and is the Chief Executive of ASA. Prior to co-founding ASA, Mr. Martin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Nashville-based Renal Care Group, where he had overall management responsibility for Renal Care Group’s dialysis operations. He helped lead the company’s 450 outpatient dialysis centers treating over 30,000 patients to reach annual revenues of $1.5 billion, culminating in Renal Care Group’s $4 billion sale to Fresenius Medical Care in 2006. Before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer, he served as Group Senior Vice President for Renal Care Group. Prior to joining Renal Care Group in 1997, Mr. Martin was a Vice President for Comprehensive Healthcare of Ohio, a hospital holding company affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he was responsible for strategic planning, managed care and physician practice management development. He began his business career with Continental Cablevision. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Business Management.

R. Dirk Allison
Dirk Allison has been in the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Odyssey Healthcare since October of 2006. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Allison served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Omniflight, Inc. Prior to joining Omniflight, Mr. Allison served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ardent Health Services LLC. Prior to joining Ardent, Mr. Allison served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Renal Care Group, Inc. Mr. Allison is a certified public accountant and received his MBA from the University of Dallas and his BBA from the University of Louisiana - Monroe, formerly Northeast Louisiana University.

Alan E. Goldberg
Mr. Goldberg co-founded Lindsay Goldberg in 2001. Previously, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Private Equity from February 1998 to January 2001. Mr. Goldberg joined Morgan Stanley in 1978 and played an integral role in founding its Private Equity business in 1984 and building the firm's highly successful global private equity business. Mr. Goldberg received his B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from New York University. He earned his M.B.A. from the New York University Graduate School of Business and his J.D. from Yeshiva University. Mr. Goldberg is a Director of the Smurfit Stone Corporation, FAPS Holdings, Inc., Maine Beverage Company, LLC, Keystone Foods Holdings LLC, PetroLogistics LLC, EnergySolutions, LLC, Continental Energy Systems, FSB Global Holdings, Inc., Intermex Holdings, Inc., Rosetta LLC, Brock Holdings, Inc., Brightstar Corporation and RECON Holdings I LLC. He also serves as a Trustee of Yeshiva Unversity in New York.

Jerry Green
Jerry Green is a founding partner of Innovative Dialysis Systems. He started his career in public accounting with Coopers and Lybrand focused on the health care industry. He then moved on to hold senior financial management positions with large hospitals in Southern California. In 2002, he was a finalist for the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Robert D. Lindsay
Mr. Lindsay co-founded Lindsay Goldberg in 2001. In 1991, He joined Bessemer Holdings and, over the past decade, played a central role in building the firm's highly successful global private equity business, most recently serving as its Managing General Partner. Prior to Bessemer Holdings, Mr. Lindsay was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Private Equity, where he played an integral role in founding the business in 1984. Mr. Lindsay received his B.A. in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard College and earned his M.B.A. from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is President and CEO of Bessemer Securities LLC as well as a Director of the Bessemer Group, Incorporated and its subsidiary banks, including Bessemer Trust Company, N.A. Mr. Lindsay is Chairman of the Board of Identity Group LLC and serves as a Director of Pike Electric Corporation, FAPS Holdings, Inc., Maine Beverage Company, LLC, Keystone Foods Holdings LLC, PetroLogistics LLC, EnergySolutions, LLC, Continental Energy Systems, FSB Global Holdings, Inc., Intermex Holdings, Inc., Brock Holdings, Inc., Rosetta LLC, Bell Nursery Holdings LLC, and Brightstar Corporation. He also serves as a Trustee of the Cold Spring Harbor Biological Laboratory and St. Paul's School in Concord, New Hampshire.

Thomas W. ("Tim") Lyles
Thomas W. ("Tim") Lyles is President of MedCare Investment Funds and President and General Counsel of Mission City Management, Inc. in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Lyles has managed an investment portfolio for over 10 years, including both public and large private companies, and serves as an Advisory Director to Majesty Hedge Funds. Mr. Lyles earned an accounting degree from Texas A&M University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from S.M.U. School of Law, and subsequently was appointed Briefing Attorney for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas. In addition, Mr. Lyles is a Certified Public Accountant and has written material for the Texas State Bar and has been a speaker for the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar. Mr. Lyles serves on numerous for-profit and non-profit Boards of Directors.

Dale L. McCord M.D.
Dale L. McCord M.D. attended Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University prior to graduating from the Medical College of Georgia in 1967 where he was elected to membership in Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After internship and service as a U.S. Army Flight Surgeon in Vietnam, he completed a residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Florida and began practice in his hometown, Atlanta, Georgia in 1973. There he began Atlanta Oncology Associates (AOA) professional group. He remains CEO and President of that group and the associated operating company American Oncology Associates LLC which, prior to its association with Radiation Oncology Services of American (ROSA) owned and operated eight Cancer Centers in Georgia and Florida. Prior to the ROSA association Dr. McCord began American Professional Associates LLC, a multi specialty medical group of which AOA is a division.
He is a member of American Society of Therapeutic Radiology (serving on the Governmental Affairs Committee), American College of Radiology, a Fellow of the American Board of Radiology and a member of many other professional groups. Additionally, he served as a Cancer Program surveyor for the American College of Surgeons for many years. He is licensed in seven states.

John A.W. Werwaiss
Mr. Werwaiss has been with Lindsay Goldberg since 2001. Previously, he was an Associate at Bessemer Holdings and he also worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the mergers and acquisitions group in New York. Mr. Werwaiss earned a B.A. in History and Political Economy from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford University. He currently serves as a Director of FAPS Holdings, Inc., Pride Manufacturing Company LLC, Maine Beverage Company, LLC, FSB Global Holdings, Inc. and Intermex Holdings, Inc. He is also actively involved with Duff Capital Advisors LP. He was previously a Director of Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.
